In the spirit of giving and compassion, WAT embraced the holiday season with an initiative that truly embodies the essence of the festive season.
It’s been a World Academy of Tirana tradition for 13 years in a row, the school community comes together to create and distribute bags filled with love, warmth, and essential items to families who may be facing challenging times during this festive period.
With an unwavering commitment to supporting and uplifting the local community, WAT rallied students, teachers, and staff to partake in this heartwarming endeavour. Donations poured in from every corner, ranging from non-perishable food items and toiletries to warm clothing and festive treats. The outpouring of generosity highlighted the collective empathy and willingness to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
We were able to donate 145 bags of joy to families in need. Thanks to our WAT community support and their never-ending generosity!
