Kledisa is from Albania and joined WAT in the 2025-26 academic year. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her master's degree in general psychology. Prior to joining WAT, Kledisa gained valuable experience working in the Edmonds School District in Washington State, where she completed over a year of internship as a school psychologist. She has provided support to students both one-on-one and in small groups, assisting with lessons and learning needs. Kledisa is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment that helps every child thrive.

Academic support helps students excel in their studies, while pastoral care ensures their well-being and emotional growth. Silvana Hila
PYP Albanian Teacher
Silvana is an Albanian English Language Teacher who joined WAT in 2025. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Anglophone Culture from “Ismail Qemali” University of Vlora, a Professional Master’s degree in English Language Teaching, and a Master of Science in Intercultural Communication and Tourism from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, University of Tirana.
With over five years of experience in the education sector, Silvana has taught a wide range of age groups—from primary to high school—across several private schools in Tirana. Her teaching portfolio includes English Language, Culture and Literature, Science in English, and Albanian Language.
Silvana has also completed numerous national and international training programs and certifications, continually enhancing her professional skills and teaching practice.
She joined WAT driven by her passion for teaching and her commitment to intercultural learning in both national and international educational settings.


Kelva Zisi
PYP Co-teacher
Kelva is Albanian and joined WAT in 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Italian, as well as a Master of Science in Teaching for Secondary and Higher Education. Kelva has experience supporting PYP students and has previously taught afterschool programs.


Xhesika Çupi
PYP Co-Teacher
Xhesika Çupi is from Albania and joined WAT in 2025 as a Kindergarten Co-Teacher. She previously spent two years as a Teacher Assistant at the International Montessori School of Albania (IMSA), where she supported children’s learning and development with dedication and care.
Xhesika holds a degree in General Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Tirana, with a specialization in Legal Psychology.
With her strong background in education and passion for working with young children, Xhesika is excited to begin this new chapter at WAT, contributing to a warm, supportive, and inspiring environment for her students.


Bere Tifekçiu
PYP Co-teacher
Bere is from Peshkopia, Dibër, Albania, and joined WAT in 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from a university in Turkey and a Master’s degree from the University of Tirana.
Bere is a licensed teacher certified by the Albanian state, with experience teaching mathematics at both the high school level and within the 9-year elementary/middle school system.


Mika Rosebrock
PYP teacher
Mika is from Australia and joined WAT in 2025. He is a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in International Primary Education from the Netherlands.
Mika brings with him valuable experience from international schools in Panama, France, Germany, and Denmark. He is passionate about inquiry-based learning and is excited to begin this new chapter at WAT, where he looks forward to inspiring curiosity and a love of learning in his students.


Sara Mohamed
PYP teacher
Sara is originally from Egypt and joined WAT in 2025 as an Early Years Educator. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature, along with UK teaching certification.
Sara began her teaching journey through a volunteer program in China and has since gained experience in international schools across Egypt, Cambodia, and Albania. Her teaching philosophy focuses not only on academic development but also on supporting students' social and emotional growth. She is dedicated to nurturing confident, open-minded, and responsible global citizens.
In the classroom, Sara prioritizes student well-being, fosters a love of learning, and promotes a culture of kindness and respect—empowering children to thrive both in school and beyond.


Xhestika Gjeci
PYP Albanian teacher
Xhestika is an Albanian Language and Literature teacher who joined WAT in 2025. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Professional Master’s degree in Albanian Language and Literature from the Faculty of History and Philology at the University of Tirana. She is fully licensed and qualified to practice the teaching profession.
During her academic studies, Xhestika also explored related fields such as communication, television, radio, and children’s media productions, enriching her teaching perspective.
She began her teaching career eight years ago, with two years in a public school and six years in an international school setting. Now at WAT, she is committed to contributing both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities, including the Drama Club, artistic productions, and school-wide projects.
Energetic, collaborative, and dedicated, Xhestika strives to inspire her students toward academic excellence and meaningful life experiences.

Meglina Murrizi

Meglina is from Albania and joined WAT in 2025. She holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Pedagogy for English Language Teaching from the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Tirana.
In addition to English, Meglina speaks Italian and Spanish, and she is passionate about supporting children on their learning journey. She enjoys creating meaningful classroom experiences, inspiring her students, and actively contributing to the school community.


Emanuela Shkurti

Emanuela, originally from Albania, joined WAT in 2024. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Translation and a Master's degree in Teaching, and has a strong passion for the French
language. Emanuela enjoys working with young children and is dedicated to supporting their early development.
