Elissa is from the United States and joined WAT in 2018. She studied Classics and Art History at Kalamazoo College, Michigan, USA. At WAT, alongside her teaching role, she leads our language department and coordinates meetings and training sessions for her colleagues.

Mariglend is from Albania and joined WAT in 2023. He has Bachelor's and Master of Science degrees in Financial Accounting from the Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania and was part of the Erasmus+ Master Mobility in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland. He also participated in the MOQUAS Study Program during his Masters, studying Markets, Organisation, Quality, Services and Policies in Southern Agriculture in Montpellier, France. Mariglend is a Ph.D. Candidate, doing his Doctoral Studies in Knowledge Management, focusing on embracing knowledge management for business strategies in the Sustainable Tourism & Hospitality sector in Slovenia.
