Meet the Team

Elissa is from the United States and joined WAT in 2018. She studied Classics and Art History at Kalamazoo College, Michigan, USA. At WAT, alongside her teaching role, she leads our language department and coordinates meetings and training sessions for her colleagues.

Era is from Albania. She joined WAT in 2022 and has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana and a Master's degree in teaching from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana.

Erdi is Albanian and has been at WAT since 2015. He has a Master's degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Sports in Tirana and is a certified MYP Physical and Health Education teacher.

Jona is from Albania and joined WAT in 2015. She has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Sciences and a Scientific Masters in Teaching Mathematics. Jona is a CAS coordinator and has completed many IB trainings.

Klajdi is from Albania. He joined WAT in 2021. Klajdi has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sport, Tirana, specialising in physical activity and recreation, and a Master's degree in Teaching from Marin Barleti University. He is the role Athletics Coordinator at WAT.

Klea is Albanian. She joined WAT in 2022. Klea has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tirana, Albania and a Master's degree in Advanced Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

Livia is from Albania and joined WAT in 2022. She has a Bachelor's degree in German-English Languages from the University of Aleksandër Moisiu in Durrës, Albania and a Master of Science degree in German Language Teaching for Upper Secondary Education from the University of Foreign Languages in Tirana.

Mariglend is from Albania and joined WAT in 2023. He has Bachelor's and Master of Science degrees in Financial Accounting from the Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania and was part of the Erasmus+ Master Mobility in Finance and Accounting at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland. He also participated in the MOQUAS Study Program during his Masters, studying Markets, Organisation, Quality, Services and Policies in Southern Agriculture in Montpellier, France. Mariglend is a Ph.D. Candidate, doing his Doctoral Studies in Knowledge Management, focusing on embracing knowledge management for business strategies in the Sustainable Tourism & Hospitality sector in Slovenia.

Nerajda is from Albania and joined WAT in 2018. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree in Fashion Design Art from the University of Arts in Tirana. Nerajda attended a range of IB workshops and trainings in Education.

Pjereta is from Albania. She joined WAT in 2020 and has Master's degrees in Literature and in Psychology. Pjereta has been an IB Examiner for many years for Language A Albanian Literature and Extended Essays.

Suzana is from Albania. She joined WAT in 2022. She has a degree in Elementary School Teaching from the University of Albania and a Master’s in Business Administration. Suzana has participated in many courses on Leadership and School Management, Modern Management of Schools, gender relevance issues and developments in education.
