Meet the Team

Anxhela is from Albania. She joined WAT in 2015. Anxhela has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree on Finances from the Faculty of Economics, Tirana. She has also completed various Financial and Accounting professional courses.

Gilberta is from Albania and joined WAT in 2015. She has a Master's degree in Law and Public Administration. Gilberta has completed Child Safety Trainings as well as relevant Human Resources Trainings.

Juna is from Albania and joined WAT in 2017. She has a Master's degree in Management and Business Law from the University of Tirana and has also completed various Financial and Accounting professional courses.

Dr Arlinda is from Albania and joined WAT in 2016. She completed her medical studies at the University of Medicine of Tirana, earning an MSc degree before completing her specialisation in Public Health.

Sara is from Albania and joined WAT in 2022. She has a degree as a General Nurse from the University of Tirana. Sara has completed various Child Safety trainings.

Albulena is from Kosovo and joined IMSA in 2015 and moved to WAT in 2023. She graduated as a General Nurse from the University of Pristina, Kosovo. Albulena also has a degree as a Dental Lab Technician from the University of Tirana.

Lumanie is Albanian and joined WAT in 2021. She has over 9 years of experience in working with children between 5 to 11 years old and has taught in a Cambridge School in Albania for 7 years before joining the team here at WAT. Lumanie has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Professional Master's in Teaching and Learning, and a Scientific Master's in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed therapist and has received a lot of trainings in child development and safety. Lumanie trained in Mindfulness and Meditation, and has extensive experience in working with special needs students.

Uarda is from Albania and joined WAT in 2018. She is a licensed psychologist, and she holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. Uarda is a candidate for Doctoral Studies in Psychology and Education. She also practices her profession in a primary health care hospital, does online counselling with young people and counselling in a private practice.

Mohammad is from Syria with Albanian origins. He Joined WAT in 2015 before studying Information Technology in Australia and obtaining various other certifications in web development and graphic design. He is a certified Internet Web Master and has completed several online child safety courses.

Aleks is from Albania. He joined WAT in 2015. Aleks has attended many Hospitality and Technical trainings and received relevant certificates.

Edmir is from Albania. He joined WAT in 2017. Edmir has attended many Technical and Maintenance courses and received relevant certificates.

Kledisa is from Albania and joined WAT in the 2025-26 academic year. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is currently pursuing her master's degree in general psychology. Prior to joining WAT, Kledisa gained valuable experience working in the Edmonds School District in Washington State, where she completed over a year of internship as a school psychologist. She has provided support to students both one-on-one and in small groups, assisting with lessons and learning needs. Kledisa is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment that helps every child thrive.

Sirjusa is from Albania and joined WAT in 2025. With over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience, she has spent more than a decade working extensively within the International Baccalaureate (IB) and American Program education systems. She has contributed significantly to teaching and leadership across the MYP, DP, and AP programs. Over the years, Sirjusa has held several leadership roles, including Secondary and High School Vice Principal, DP CAS Coordinator, Head of Department, and Whole School Safeguarding Lead.

Her extensive educational background includes a Diploma in Albanian Language and Literature Teaching, a Diploma in English Language, a Master’s degree in Education Science, Harvard’s Certificate in School Management and Leadership, and the UK’s two-year National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL).

Sirjusa is an active member of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network (IBEN), serving as a DP Examiner for Literature A, IB Workshop Leader, IB Programme Leader, and Evaluation Leader for MYP, DP, and CP programs. She also chairs multi-programme and synchronized IB evaluation visits, supporting schools worldwide in accreditation processes and leading professional training for IB educators. Additionally, she is a COGNIA Team Visiting Member and a ManageBac Ambassador.

Her contributions extend to curriculum development with IB Language and Literature groups, and she has supported IBDP students globally as a tutor, promoting Albanian culture through Self-Taught Literature courses.

As a certified Global Schools Advocate and Mentor focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Sirjusa believes in recognizing each student’s unique personality and learning potential. She is committed to supporting every learner with empathy, professionalism, and a dedication to educational excellence.
